Our Team

Our small team of staff and many volunteers make our Branch the success it is!

Chantal, Branch Administrator

Chantal is our Branch Administrator and newest member of staff having joined us in 2020. Getting in touch with the Branch? Chantal will be who you speak to! She deals with everything from taking in animals to paying the bills! She has settled into her new role with ease and we now wonder how we managed without her! Pictured here with her beloved Beagle pup, Goose.

Kim, Area Retail Manager

Kim is our Area Retail Manager, overviewing our St Marks, Lambeth House & Woodhall Spa shops, and has been working with us since 2010! Kim rejuvenated our St Marks shop a few years ago into the shop it is today, and has been vital in not only driving the projects of securing the shops, but getting the Lambeth House and Woodhall Spa shops up and running in to the little treasures they are today!

Amy, Trustee

Amy is the voluntary Chair of the Branch and volunteer Fundraising & Events Coordinator, assisting in the day to day running of the branch and leading on the organisation of our wonderful fundraising events. Amy has been volunteering since 2012, and when she's not caught up in branch duties, Amy enjoys spending time with her adopted branch animals.

Dawn, Trustee

Dawn is the voluntary Vice-Chair of the Branch. Being a graphic designer by trade, she also generally produces all the posters, leaflets and general advertising that we need. Dawn got involved with the Branch in 2018 after adopting her gorgeous cat from us.

Penny, Trustee

Penny is our voluntary Treasurer for the Branch, with the added responsibility of representing the Branch at RSPCA Regional Board meetings.  Penny has volunteered for the Branch since 2011, and has fostered - and adopted - from us!

Haydn, Trustee

Haydn is our Vice-Treasurer and our general 'go-to' guy having volunteered for us since 2015! When he's not working, he's with his two beautiful dogs.

Lewis, Trustee

Lewis is our Policy & Compliance Officer, with responsibility for Health & Safety too. He has been volunteering since 2017 and generally ensures that, as a committee, we are doing what we should be!

Rachel, Trustee

Rachel is our Branch Secretary - responsible for minuting all of our meetings. She rescued two of the infamous 'Wetherspoons Kittens' in 2018 and started volunteering after that!

Carla, Trustee

As well as sitting as part of our committee, Carla is our resident dog behaviour guru and has been volunteering for us since 2013, having wonderfully fostered the famous Flo back in 2013!

Jo, Trustee

Jo has done extensive work in wildlife conservation in Africa and has worked as a kennel manager in other rescues - therefore bringing heaps of knowledge to the branch! Jo has been volunteering for us since 2019!

Mike, Trustee

Mike has a very in-depth business background, but has now retired and looks after his rescued ponies having joined the branch as a volunteer in 2019.

Charlie, Trustee

Charlie is our voluntary HR officer; she enjoys spending time with her young family and rescue animals and has been volunteering for us since 2019.

Debra, Trustee

Debra is our newest Branch Trustee, starting her volunteering with us in 2020. She has a wealth of business background and is currently kept busy training her new puppy!

We also have our wonderful shop staff; Angus, Sylvia, Victoria, Linda, Sue, Yary and Barbara - who all work tirelessly for our branch ensuring that our shops are in 'tip top' condition and running smoothly, together with their fantastic shop volunteers!
