Timone came to our branch on the 18th August, and is a lovely titchy lad – small in size, but he makes up for it in affection!
He has unfortunately been abandoned and had clearly been suffering from a flea infestation for quite some time, so looks a little rough around the edges but this hasn’t affected his spirit in the slightest.
He is extremely gentle and sweet, and will make a lovely companion, but does need some training on the basics but it won’t be too long before he masters the rest.
Timone is a terrier-cross, meaning that you may be more likely to spot the following behavioural traits:
- Terriers are very lively and high-energy dogs, so ensure you have plenty of time spare for walks or play to keep Timone busy!
- Terriers are highly instinct-driven, so Timone would do best in a home with no small furries or other dogs due to his prey drive – and he will also need some reassurance around other dogs on walks.
- Timone is a confident and affectionate lad, so will need an owner experienced with training dogs as he may take a while to grasp the basics.
