Kylo is a beloved friend and pet for their owner. A happy ball of fun who enjoys wagging his tail to express his constant excitement! For poor Kylo his excitement would make him blind to his surroundings and sometimes innocent objects would get in his way, and his tail would get the brunt of the impact. Kylo was treated and his tail bandaged. However his injury did not faze him and his happy spirit never faltered. This meant that Kylo’s tail was not able to heal properly and caused further damage. To avoid further pain, it was decided that Kylo’s tail needed to be shortened to allow him to wag freely without further damage (to him and the house!)
With an operation like this, they are not cheap. This where our Animal Welfare Fund was able to step in and help Kylo to achieve risk free happiness! Something that could only happen thanks to the donations given by fundraisers and the public who are regular supporters. Thank you!
