Taking place in the picturesque city of Lincoln, this 10K is one of the biggest and best-loved running events in the North and RSPCA Lincolnshire Mid and Lincoln are now a Charity Partner for 2023!
You’ll enjoy taking in Lincoln’s most iconic sights, including the Roman Walls, Lincoln Cathedral, and the stunning gardens around the city.
And, after crossing the finish line, you’ll be able to pick up a t-shirt, drink, medal, and goody bag, before relaxing in the Event Village at Lincoln Castle.
RSPCA Lincolnshire Mid and Lincoln are looking for the following to assist in their partnership for this year’s event:
- Runners: As a runner, you will not need to pay any upfront fee to register for the event. Just send us an email and we will register you for the event. You will receive a branch top to wear on the day of the 10k, and all we ask is that runners raise a minimum of £100 for the branch to cover the costs of entry fees and your tshirt, and also to raise additional funds for the animals in our care (of which there are a few!)
- Stewards: As part of our partnership with Run for All’s Lincoln 10k, we have to provide a number of volunteers to steward the 10k course. If you are interested in stewarding, again drop us an email and we will do the rest!
- Cheer Team: Family members and friends of runners, and just those wanting to support our branch, can join our ‘Cheer Team’ at our cheer station (exact location to be announced) on the day to cheer our runners on!
